Privacy policy and promotional communication policy

Company Grill&Music Bar based in Břeclavská 168, Moravský Žižkov, 691 01 may, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), process the personal data I have entered and use it to send regular marketing information about products, news and events, or contacting for commercial purposes. The use of personal data is governed by EU Regulation 2016/679 and the applicable laws and privacy policies of Grill&Music Bar.

Under the principles of EU Regulation 2016/679, I have the right to cancel my consent and registration to receive information from Grill&Music Bar whenever I appeal. The appeal can be made by email sent to info@grillmusic.cz or by clicking on the appropriate link within the sent marketing messages. Within the rights of entities under the GDPR, it is also possible to request information on the before mentioned e-mail, which personal data are being processed, to request updating of personal data and also to correct personal data. 

Grill&Music Bar, as a personal data controller, will process personal data only to the extent of provided consent. Revocation of consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its removal. Revocation of consent also has no effect on the processing of personal data that Grill&Music Bar processed on the basis of a legal basis other than consent.

Grill&Music Bar maintains administrative, technical and physical means to ensure the protection of personal data, to prevent their loss and abuse in accordance with GDPR. Only employees of Grill&Music Bar will have access to personal data as well as third persons, which execute for Grill&Music Bar commercial or marketing activities based on contracts, as well as data processors of personal data with which the processing agreement will be duly signed. All persons involved will be bound to protect the personal data and the rights associated with them.
